As an Early Years Lunchtime Assistant, you do not need to be qualified in Early Years. All we ask is that you have a passion to want to work with our amazing children! However, If you do hold a Early Years Qualifictaion thats fine also, as you will join our long-standing, experienced teams to deliver every day with passion. As part of our mission to create a better world, we provide settings optimised for children to learn, explore and be happy.

Happitots Erskine provides large, spacious, and airy rooms for you to create and develop activities with our amazing children! As a Lunchtime Assistant, you will join our highly skilled, and passionate team in providing exceptional care to our wonderful children, and we will also at Thrive support you in any career development opportunities to help you grow in the Early Years Industry.
