I am looking for a Sales Assistant/Sales Manager for a fast paced growing business. The role is very varied and you need to be someone who gives 110% and who gets stuck in, as you will be the third employee for a growing small business which means everything from sales, to content creation to packaging products!
This role is 34 hours a week (negotiable). There are 3 key parts to this role:
1. Order Fulfilment & Operations:
- Packaging and fulfilling orders (daily) across all platforms: TikTok, website, wholesale, NOTHS and Etsy.
- Customer service/managing all customer contact.
- Assisting with new product launch
2. Sales:
- Selling via TikTok Live (3-5 Lives a week)
- Creating TikTok content
- Field sales (wholesale) to shops, in person
- Processing invoices
Essentials:
- Must be comfortable selling on camera to apply to this role
- Must have a car to be able to carry out this role
- Must have an understanding of TikTok and TikTok Lives
- Comfortable being on camera and on social media and selling
Nice to haves:
- 2:1 or 1st Class Degree (or Strong A-levels) in English/Maths, Marketing, Business/Business Administration or Finance
- Some relevant work experience
- Organised and thrives on responsibility
- Track record of creating popular TikTok content
- Required to come into the office in Tyseley 4 days a week
