Bakers Dolphin Coach Travel are one of the West Country’s leading Coach Travel and Holiday Companies, with a fleet of over 80 coaches. We are recruiting for this sales position based in our busy Reservations Department at our office in Weston super Mare:
Responsibilities include working as a part of a team to answer the telephone and take holiday/day tour bookings using the passenger booking system on TBS.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with previous sales experience an advantage but full training will be provided. An excellent telephone manner, exceptional administrative skills and the ability to work in a busy, pressurised environment are essential.
They must also be self-motivated, enthusiastic and an excellent communicator. They will be computer literate and possess a keen eye for detail.
Hours of work will be 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday 09:00 to 14:00.
