Position: Call Centre Customer Service

Job Description:

The Representative will play a key role in the success of our company. This position is responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails and web inquiries from customers and other customer service-related matters. The Customer Service Representative will work closely with the sales team and the service department to ensure that all customer requirements are met and that the customer experience is as exceptional as it can be.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, call data and email correspondence
  • Provide professional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with service department to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Manage social media accounts to ensure images, content and image presentation is maintained on a regular basis
  • Keep accurate records of daily call volume, email traffic, average time to process a request and total revenue generated
  • Keep accurate records of all customers' contact details (name, email address, phone number)
  • Liaise with production team to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Manage social media accounts to ensure images, content and image presentation is maintained on a regular basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
·1-2 years of related experience in customer service or sales preferred - (E.g. airline ticket agent, retail associate, bookseller)
·Highly Self-Motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
·Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
·Strong computer data entry skills along with basic math skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £22,419.00-£24,423.00 per year

Education:

  • Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (preferred)

Work Location: In person
