Tasks to include:

Putting new applications on our Telecare software system

Updating records – e.g., after installation, changes or cancellation of service.

Dealing with stock – e.g. returning to store after cleaning or sending to be scrapped; updating systems

Making phone calls to customers • Cleansing data on systems

Sending follow up letters related to enquiries

Scanning • Carrying out other relevant tasks to support the Telecare team

5 years admin experience needed and customer service

Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: From £10.50 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 6 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 6 years (required)
  • public sector: 1 year (preferred)
